Born at the foot of the Chilean Andes, in Santiago, where condors still circle the sky, GabzaK carries those mountains, valleys and whispers from the southern Pacific Ocean, weaving zampoña, ancient rhythms, and deep electronic ceremony into performances older in spirit than the cities that host them today.

"It's about bringing a bit of soul to a place where no one looks at each other anymore," says GabzaK, describing his live electronic fusion on Sydney's streets.

In a world growing more disconnected, GabzaK believes a hug after a show is worth more than a thousand likes in the virtual world. Every show is a call to hug again, to listen, to look each other in the eyes, and to co-build what we call civilization. That's the message underneath everything he plays.

GabzaK's sound is rooted in Electronica Orgánica, layered with cumbia, dub, ska, jazz, Andean beats and tribal rhythms, building a vibrant tapestry drawn from South American tradition while looking firmly toward the future. Equipped with saxophone, zampoña, charango, Andean percussion, vintage keyboards and synths, and the MPC Live for real-time sampling, GabzaK crafts electrifying soundscapes that unite body, mind, and spirit.

His sets invite audiences into parallel dimensions, evoking poetry, consciousness, and the spirit of rainforests and waterfalls. Through his RITUALS event series and his three-year residency at Barangaroo, Sydney, GabzaK has built two central pillars of a live career shaped by that same intention: that a room full of strangers can become a single breathing organism. His journey has taken him from Vivid Sydney to national festival stages, elevating his ancestral, dub-driven psychedelic fusions inspired by the Andes and the Amazonas to a World Music level, a space built on cultural exchange rather than borrowed aesthetics.

Beyond the stage, GabzaK's practice is guided by cultural respect and amplification over appropriation, building community across CALD and First Nations audiences alike. Every element, from the instruments in his hands to the visuals behind him, honors where it comes from rather than borrowing from it.
